You will notice something different about our tree....

There are gifts under it! Grandma Gillam's package arrived today- she is the best gift wrapper ever! The girls were so excited to discover their individually wrapped packages of snowmen and bears.... sincerely, Grandma thank you! Maddy said "Our tree looks even better now!"
As an added bonus, two packages on the same day! Bubby and Poppa Jack sent a package of goodies. Thank you guys!

There is something about living on a remote island that makes getting packages just about as brilliant as sliced bread.

So here was my view on the way home from swimming tonight.
Could I possibly have more warning lights on? Wow! Low tire light, low gas light, check engine light...... gotta somehow get Kevin to take my car tomorrow.....

Last day of career activities at southern high tomorrow- mixed emotions about that...... SO glad for all the opportunities for my students over the last 8 days, but really relieved to get back to normal in the class next week.
Had some great presenters, so grateful that my students had the opportunity to hear a lot of paths that ended in fruitful careers :)
